* ADD thumbnail to database

* ADD thumbnail generation and retrieval functionality

* ADD thumbnail availability check in VideoCard component

* ADD ClipDTO to reduce exposed internals

* REFactor move APIResponse and VideoMetadata to dto package

* REMOVE unused props from VideoCard

* ADD isThumbnailAvailable function
