17 clean up services structure (#18)

* Refactor ClipService and MediaService

* Refactor ClipService for less coupling to Jobs

* PATCH unnecessary requests in frontend

* REFACTOR MetadataService to use CommandRunner

* REFACTOR DirectoryService and UploadService

* REFACTOR ClipService

* MERGE MetadataService with MediaService
