FEAT: Add StreamDashboardPage;

UPDATE: Add route to `StreamDashboardPage`;
UPDATE: `VideoPlayer` for improved stream handling;
UPDATE: `Navbar` to include navigation to `StreamDashboardPage`;
UPDATE: Expand `stream_data` method to include `stream_key` in `streams.py`;
REFACTOR: Format `streams.py`;
